Service Nature
Our business provides professional painting services. Since our services are work-based and not physical products, the concept of “returns” does not apply.
Advance Payments
In some cases, we may require an advance payment to confirm the booking or start the work. This amount is used for scheduling, preparation, and material arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booked service, please inform us as soon as possible.
- If the cancellation is made before the work has started, the advance payment may be partially refunded after deducting any preparation or administrative costs.
- If the cancellation is made after the work has started, the advance payment will generally not be refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
- Service could not be started due to our availability issues.
- Payment was made mistakenly in duplicate.
- Other exceptional situations evaluated by our team.
